THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF BRYANT UNIVERSITY

IN THE SPRING SEMESTER OF 2017

AN ACT
Making appropriations of the Student Involvement Fee to The Archway for the fiscal year ending
June 30th, 2017.

Be it enacted by the Student Government of Bryant University in the Student Senate assembled,
That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2017, and for other purposes, namely:

SECTION 1. APPROPRATION OF FUNDS.

The sum of $585 is hereby appropriated to the Fiscal Year 2017 budget of The Archway.

SECTION 2. WAYS AND MEANS COMMISSOIN RECCOMENDATOIN.

The recommendation of the Ways and Means Commission for this request is to
appropriate a total of $585 to the Fiscal Year 2017 budget.

SECTION 3. SPECIFIC FUNDING.

The appropriations made herein shall be expended for the purposes and in the amounts
specified in the Budget Management System of OrgSync in the Budget Period Requests for
Additional Funding FY2017.

SECTION 4. STAFF ADMINISTRATION.

The Assistant Director for Financial Operations of the Office of Campus Engagement, or
equivalent officer of the University, is hereby empowered to make corrections to the
appropriations provided herein when necessary to comply with University policy or procedure.
SECTION 5. AUDIT AUTHORITY.

The appropriations made herein are subject to the on-going audit of the Treasurer of the
Student Government, who made direct the budgets of these Recognized Student Organizations to
be frozen from time to time.
