Weingarten Rights

Remember your Weingarten Rights. The Supreme Court has

determined that an employee is entitled to have a Union Steward

during any interview/ meeting that may result in discipline. YOU must

request such representation. You have the right to know the subject of

the meeting and the right to consult your Union Steward prior to the

meeting.

Remember: It is up to YOU to request that your Union Steward be

present.
