Ms. irss has been responsible for teaching Math, Science, Social Stadies, and English Language Art. Ms, Harris has successfully demonstrated her awareness of different leaning styles and has adequately adjusted assignments to meet the varied needs of students. Her units were thoroughly prepared and implemented. She Was successful in monitoring and adjusting to various schedule changes in order to complete it during her time of teaching. Ms. Harris" experience in Language Arts included teaching a unit on poety. This involved teaching the clements of poetry. She completed this unit by developing her own activites including using songs, games, and hhaving students create their own poems. Ms. Harris also taught two Science units. One unit on astronomy and the other on matter. During this time she used the textbook as well as materials that she created, The units included hands on experiments, short readings, and interactive lessons. Ms. Harris possesses positive and enthusiastic personality. She has a great rapport with the students she has worked with. She is well dressed, articulate and always ready with a smile and a kind word. Ihave found that other team members have accepted her as strong working member of our team and she has had & positive working relationship with each one of them, as well as with other staff members, {Lam confident that Ms. Harris will be an aset to any staf that she works with She is confident, knowledgeable, and has the skills ofa seasoned teacher.
