This article is about the importance of employee engagement, and how without it
employees wont commit. It starts by stating that companies get the employee
engagement they deserve because they push it. It then leads into how the differences in
the structure of the Army and Navy use two very different types of engagement. The
Army utilizes employee engagement to keep the troops prepared for instant change, while
the Navy follows a more command and conquer style to keep their troops in check.
This article laid out a perfect example of how employee engagement can change the
workplace drastically by using the Navy and Army. Therefore the information given is
very relevant to the topic.

George Bradt seems to be a very knowledgeable and credible man, because he is himself
in a management position.
