Disclaimers
TheSpaceshallbeprovidedbytheOwnerasisandOwnermakenowarrantyregardingthesuitabilityoftheSpace
forRentersintendeduse.
Condition
AfterthecompletionoftheEvent,theRentershallleavetheSpaceinthesameorsimilarconditionasreceivedfrom
theOwner.
Damages
RentershallberesponsibleforanydamagecausedbyRentersuseoftheSpaceuponinspectionofsaiddamageby
bothparties.
Security
Rentershallprovideadequatesecurityfortheeventintheformofofficiallawenforcement.
Cleanup
RenterwillberesponsibleforclearingalltrashgeneratedattheEvent.
Indemnification
RenterherebyindemnifiesandholdsharmlessOwnerfromanydamages,actions,suits,claims,orothercosts
(includingreasonableattorneysfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwithanydamagetoanypropertyoranyinjury
causedtoanyperson(includingdeath)causedbyRentersuseoftheSpace,includinganyactsoromissionsonthe
partofRenterandanyguestsinvolved.RentershallnotifyOwnerofanydamageorinjuryofwhichithas
knowledgein,to,orneartheSpace,regardlessofthecauseofsuchdamageorinjury.
Revocation
OwnershallhavetherighttorevoketheLicense10dayspriortotheEventDate,provideditgivesRenterprior
writtennoticeandreasonofrevocation.IntheeventthatOwnerrevokestheLicensepriortotheEventforreasons
otherthannonpaymentoffeesorbreachofthisAgreementbyRenter,OwnershallrefundtoRenterthefullamount
paidbyRenterinconnectionwiththisAgreement.

Cancellation
RentermaycanceltheEventbynotifyingOwnerbyprovidingnoticeten(10)daysormorebeforetheEventDate.
Insuchanevent,OwnershallrefundtoRenterthefullamountoftheRentalFee.

EntireAgreement
ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenRenterandOwner,andsupersedesanyprior
understandingorrepresentationofanykindprecedingthedateofthisAgreement.Therearenootherpromises,
conditions,understandingsorotheragreements,whetheroralorwritten,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthis
Agreement.

INWITNESSTHEREOF,thePartieshavecausedthisAgreementtobeexecutedthedayandyearfirstabove
written.
