Thtarvention force in Rvanda for the purpose of stopping massacres of innoncent edviliani going on for severa) yoars but particularly ident Habyarimana on April 6, ‘The massacres have bi bacome intense after the death of Pres: 1994. ne Rvandese Patriotic Fro! observations regarding the ma wishes to maka the following acres: aystenatically executed to enaure the complete externination of those perceived as opponents of the regize. The Special Reprasentative of the U.N. Secretary General to Rvanda, Dr. Cacques Roger Booh-Boch has throughout nis stay in our count: behaved in a very partisan manner and {a not up to task entrust to him. The Rvandese Patriotic Front will not participate in future U.N. affore to rosolve the Rvanda conflict unless and until the said Special Represontative and his Assistant are recalled. Gonsequentiy, the Rvandose Patriotic Front herchy declares that it is categorically opposed to the proposed U.N. intervention force and will not under any circunstances cooperate in its setting up and operation.
