SOLUTIONS

The major ethica l, social and political issues raised by information system include
the following moral dimensions

Information rights and obligations

This concerns what information rights do individuals and organization
posses with respect to themselves and where they can protect .
Property rights and obligations
This concerns the ways how traditional intellectual property rights are
protected in a digital society in which tracing and accounting ownership
are difficult and ignoring such property rights is so easy.

System quality;
This is about the standards of data and system quality which we should
demand to protect individuals rights and safety of the society
Quality of life;
 This about the values that should be preserved in an information and
knowledge based society . Which institutes should we protect from
violation , cultural values and practices are supported by the new
information technology?
Accounting and control
Who can and will be held accountable and liable for the harm held to
individuals and collective information and property rights?
