Subject: AT&T and Time Warner Prospective Merger

We are pleased to provide some information about the AT&T and Time Warner Merger. The
report goes over the pros and cons of the merger and the reasoning behind the possible merger.

The provided information goes over the entire prospective merger with Time Warner. The first
section goes over AT&T and how it has changed over many years. All of the history of this
company came directly from their own website. The following sections regard the entire merger
and argues the pros and cons right next to each other. It goes in depth with how it affects the
consumer, the stakeholders, and the company itself.

Attached to the report is a map of the United States that has the Time Warner provider. It is there
in order to give a sense of the vast market that would be affected by the merger. There is also a
chart that splits AT&T with all of the mergers they have had since the company began to show
their company development.

The report has been composed by five people whom each did their own section. The section of
advantages and disadvantages was done separately in hopes offers a non-bias view of both sides.
If the merger where to happen it would give AT&T power over a bigger market that develops
tons of entertainment and news outlets.
