ABSTRACT

Integration of Language and Literature

Language is the basic technique which helps us in interacting with each other and
literature is the conservation of language . Language helps us in transfer of ideas
from one person to another . In the field of law language as well as literature plays
an important role . So , how is language an important aspect of law ? Language is
an important aspect in law because it provides a stream to communicate with each
other solve various issues and problems between the people . Language creates
uniformity among different parties as when they talk in particular language they
get to understand each other in better manner . Here literature also helps in
bringing uniformity as the literature or the constitution or various laws of a country
written in a certain language makes it easy for the different parties to understand
them in a better way . As it is told that law is controlled by logic . It is an admitted
fact that working of an advocate is attached to the words . thus , the words are not
subject itself but they are means to achieve objects . Admittedly , language has
always remained important for law . Thus if language used in is simple , easy ,
clear and meaningful then it would be very convenient to implement the law and to
achieve the purpose for which the law is made .
