    is not maintainable before the Honble District Consumer

    Redressal Forum, Patna on facts of the case as well as law.


    It is therefore, prayed that your honour may

    graciously be pleased to dismiss the present

    complaint in favour of answering opposite

    party and against the complainant with

    special exemplary cost.
