Subject: Weekly off change request.

Dear Sir,
I am requesting that I be allowed, to switch my day off from Thursday to Friday. On
Thursday, I would like to do the following work
1. Individual PC Backup
2. SQL Server Backup
3. Domain Controller Backup
4. Preventive Maintenance
5. Physical Network Related Issue

I am unable to complete the above task during normal office hours, for which all
system should be available. So, I humbly request you to switch my day off from
Thursday to Friday.
