Call for Papers

We are inviting papers on any topics within or related to Law and Economics, concerning in particular:
Property Law,
Tort Law,
Contracts and Contractual Regulation,
Criminal Law,
Corporate Law and Economics and Corporate Governance,
Competition Law,
Constitutional and Administrative Law and Economics,
European and International Law and Economics,
Economics of the Legal Process,
Law and Public Policy,
Market and Non-market Regulation,
Bankruptcy and Financial Regulation,
Behavioral Law and Economics.

Keynote lecture will be delivered by:


Prof. Jeffrey J. Rachlinski (Cornell University)

Those interested in presenting a paper are invited to submit it (up to 30 pages) or an extended abstract in electronic
form (up to 8 pages) to conference2017@pseap.org. Full text papers and extended abstracts will be considered. The
submission deadline is March 10, 2017. Acceptance of papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be communicated
by March 25, 2017. Following an additional review process after the conference accepted papers will be published in
book form in Polish Yearbook of Law & Economics. The conference language is English.
