Restoring SD card contents from CD-ROM

(for PERODUA Multimedia System with Navigation)

If your navigation software is experiencing irregularity in operation or is infected by viruses, please

perform an SD card restore from the CD.

Notice: Do not run Lokatoo_installer directly from the CD-Rom. Copy the contents of the CD-
ROM to your computer hard drive before using it.

Step 1:
Remove the SD card from multimedia system with navigation and insert it to your computer SD
card reader.

Step 2:
Double click My Computer. Right click the SD card drive and select Format as shown below.

Step 3:
Click Start to format the SD card.
Step 4:
Open the folder Lokatoo Navigation Software ver 5.5.X (PERODUA Myvi).

Double-click lokatoo_installer.exe.

Step 5:
Click Next.

Step 5:
Ensure that the drive letter shown is the drive of your multimedia system with navigation SD
memory card. (Default drive letter is f). Change the drive letter if necessary by clicking
Browse. (Do not change the folder name.)
Step 6:
Click Next.

Step 7:
Remove SD card from computer card reader.

Step 8:
Insert the SD card to multimedia system with navigation. Press NAVI button or tap GPS on
the screen.
Step 9:
Remove the SD card from multimedia system with navigation and reinsert it back to computer SD
card reader. Then click Next to continue.

Click Finish when completed.

Step 10:
Remove the SD card from SD card reader. To remove, click Safely Remove Hardware icon and select
Safely remove SD Memory Card Drives(X:) as shown below.

The map update process is completed. Return the SD card to the multimedia system with navigation.
