General Observation Report for the Visual Inspection Of site on 09-03-2016.

During site inspection of 83, MIG flat , kautalya appartments, dwarka sec-14 the following technical
observations were made:

Major sheer craks at the the slab level, raking out the plaster clearly pertaining the failure of slab in
all rooms. Severe in nature. Possibly because of heavy corrosion of slab steel over a conntinued
period of time. Also, a poor built quality.
Fallen off major portion of roof slab at kitchen exposing the bad quality concrete and the corroded
reinforcement. Broken kitchen slab and floors. Broken kitchen cabinet.
Bending of floors at vaious points. Technically could be because of bending of structural members
at peripheral level.
Vertical cracks on walls of the flat at various places due to slab load transfer on walls. Window and
door sections heavely damaged.

Recommendations:

Immediate bracing and jacking of slab areas, to prevent futher falling off of flat slabs.
Demolishen of present slab properly. Reinforcement using HILTI RE-500 and laying down
fresh slab .
Refurbishment of walls and interiors is necessary,
