EVENT LOGISTICS/SET-UP
ATRIUM

Reiki healing performed by Crystal Rainbows

o Payment required the day of the event
Therapy dogs from St. Johns Ambulance
o Cathy & Chris will be coming in and bringing two dogs
o Payment required day of the event for both Cathy & Chris to
reimburse parking
Free tea
o Tea is already at the campus
o Urn will be set up with hot water (using ABC Rental urn)
Graffiti Board- I smile when
o Students can fill in what makes them smile on the poster boards
o Staple the posters to the foam boards
o Easels delivered by Hahn
1 table for smile cookie decorating (100)
Chartwells will be providing the cookies
Icing & candy for decorating will be purchased prior to the
event

9:00-9:30am- Easels will be delivered

10:30am- Cindy Pearce Arrival

10:30am- Therapy Dogs arrival
