You are on page 1of 2

When you need to replace one of the following parts:

1. CPU board
2. module on disk (64M)
3. Analog board
You should perform the follow process before you replace the original parts.
Note: The following mentioned data is very important. You need to write down the
data before you replace the mentioned parts.

1. Access the Sample mode menu, select the Whole blood mode. Then access the
Calibration/ Manual Calibration menu, please write down the five calibration
default/factors values for Whole blood mode (For easy understanding, we call this data as
datasheet1).

2. Then access the Sample mode menu, change the Sample model to prediluted mode.
After accessing the Calibration/ Manual Calibration menu, please write down the five
calibration factors for prediluted mode (For easy understanding, we call this data as
datasheet 2).
3. In Setup/Password screen, enter the password 3210 then access the Setup/ Gain
menu: Write down all the gain value and the factors (For easy understanding, we call this
data as datasheet3).
So, after you replace the parts mentioned above (CPU board, module on disk, or analog
board), if the results are abnormal, please input all the above data according to the
following process:
1. In Setup/Password screen, enter the password 3210. Access the Sample mode
menu, select the Whole blood mode. Then access the Calibration/ Manual Calibration
screen, please input datasheet1 (the five calibration default/factors value) for Whole
blood mode (the datasheet1 got at step 1).
2. Access the Sample mode menu and change the Sample model to prediluted mode.
Then access the Calibration/ Manual Calibration screen, please input datasheet2 (the
Five calibration factors) for prediluted mode (the datasheet 2 got at step 2).
3. Access the Setup/ Gain menu: please input the datasheet3 in this menu (the
datasheet 3 got at step 3).
