Passengers above 17 years old are required to bring an original ID Card such as KTP, SIM (driver's license), Passport, KTA,
Student Card and others.

Redeem the ticket at the nearest ticket counter.

Cancellation or rescheduling should be done by the passenger for whom the reservation has been made by showing the
passenger's ID card.

Cancellation can be done at least 30 minutes before departure time.

Rescheduling can be done at least 60 minutes before departure time.

Promo ticket (ticket with x, y and z subclass code) can not be cancelled or rescheduled.

Term and conditions for maternity :

1. Allowed for gestational age 14-26 week.
2. If the gestational age beyond 14-28 week, MANDATORY with bring letter from your obstetrician/
midwife which states :
- The gestational age at the time of inspection.
- Pregnancy in a healthy condition.
- No abnormalities in the pregnancy.
- Accompanied by one adult companion is mandatory.
