Classroom Environment
As I enter the classroom, I was introduced to Mrs. Malcolm, who is the teacher for the
grade 5 class. The first thing that caught my eyes was the posters and motivational quotes on the
classroom wall. On the classroom walls there were Bahamian national symbols, classroom rules,
On the board, there were finger symbols for the students. For example, if a student holds
up one finger, that means he/she needs a pencil, two fingers means he/she wants to use the
restroom, three fingers means he/she wants a drink and so on. Other than rules, there was a shelf
