Please be advised that a Special Meeting of the Town of Saint Andrews Town Council is
scheduled for Monday, March 27, 2017 at 8:00 pm, at the Arena Theatre in the W. C. ONeill
Arena Complex, in Saint Andrews, NB. The Council will decide whether or not to issue a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for uses of the Towns Lands where the Kiwanis Club of Saint
Andrews operates its campground. The Kiwanis Club has been trying to establish new terms for
its original 25 year lease since 2012.

The current Town Council has not met with the Kiwanis lease negotiating committee. The
Kiwanis Club wants to complete a negotiation of terms for the current lease with the Town of
Saint Andrews.

Please support the Kiwanis Club by encouraging the Town to re-establish negotiations with the
Kiwanis Club. Without an agreement between the Town and the Kiwanis Club, the historical
financial support of the Kiwanis Club for your school and many other worthwhile community
projects will not continue. Please attend the meeting on Monday evening to support the Kiwanis
Club.
