1. How bad communication can happen?

When the receiver is not happy to give feedback problems can
arise as communication can be bad.

2. What are the effects of bad communication for a

business?
Fall in sales-if the business is not getting the message through to
customers accurately sales may fall.
Disruption of supplies- Poor or incorrect communication with
suppliers can lead to a break down the supply chain.
The environment- If the business is not communicating effectively
with its commitment to the local environment.
Effects on the work force- staff can become demotivated and they
will leave if they feel that they are not being appreciated and
evaluated.
Effects on productivity and efficiency- The demotivated staff or
employees may under perform and if the staff turnover is high the
company will have to allocate more money to recruit new
employees and to fill the vacancies.
Bad publicity- a struggling business will find bad publicity that will
reduce customer confidence and further consumers might go else
where.
