Know All Men By These Presents:

This Deed of Absolute Sale, Made and Executed by and between:

registered under the laws of Republic of the Philippines with office at

___________________, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

BUYER.

Whereas the above named Seller is owner of a Condominium

________________________________, Manila covered by Condominium Certificate of
Title No. ____________ of Registry of Deed for City of Manila, more particularly
described as follows:

Fifth Floor: - Unit No. __ Two Bedroom Apartment Unit consisting of two
bedrooms, living dining area, kitchen, two toilet and baths, maids quarter and utility
area. (Area _____ square meters).

Whereas, the buyer is interested to purchase from the Seller and the Seller
likewise is willing to sell;

Whereas, for and in consideration of the sum of Two million and two hundred
thousand pesos only (P 2,200,000), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
Seller from the Buyer, the Seller hereby Sells, Transfers, Cedes and Conveys to the
Buyer, its successors or assign the above described Condominium Unit free from all
liens and encumbrances.

Whereas, Seller hereby warrants peaceful possession and ownership of the

above described Unit and for the issuance of New Condominium Certificate of Title in
the name of the Buyer, it shall be for the sole account of the Buyer.
