Reflection of Lesson Plans with Accommodations

In looking at this unit plan, I have to say that this is one of my favorite lessons that I have

done. History is my favorite subject and the Little House on the Prairie books were my favorite

growing up. These types of stories I feel have kind of lost their way throughout the years. I

would really like to teach these lessons one day in my history classroom.

I do feel that I did sufficient accommodations in this unit; however, I do feel that I have

work to do to better prepare for accommodations in my classroom. I can see the progress that I

have made from the time I first started my classes until now, but I do feel that I still have

progress to make.

I am however, very excited to teach these lessons and more in my future classroom. I

hope to one day teach history.
