The instability in the political scenario is a major problem for thecompany. S
econdly, heavy taxes such as the General sales taximposed by the
government are another major threat to the company.
WEATHER:
Since tea is grown naturally, weather plays a major role in itsproduction. A ba
d weather could result in low production of tea. Therefore a lot
of Contingency planning is required in the production department.
They have to maintain a certain level of inventory
throughout the year so that they could meet the emergency requirements
