Mareh 23, 2016 To Whom It May Concer It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Patricia Kelley. I supervised Patricia for during the 2015-2016 school year. During that time, Patricia taught 1" grade and she ‘was without a doubt a key member of her team. She was very dedicated to the school and to her students. She worked diligently to meet the needs of all of the students and was constantly seeking Ways to improve her instruction. She also worked with her Professional Leaming Team to ensure that she was teaching and assessing the curriculum as it should be. She made helped develop and implement new unit plans and assessments that are aligned with the Common Core state standards, Patvicia demonstrated a work ethic and passion that undoubtedly describes “teacher” she was a very caring and dedicated employee and always had the best interest of her students, Patricia did an excellent job teaching her students and was an asset to our school. She was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent rapport with the students, staff and parents.
