Assisted in the remodel of two buildings, motorcycle

Development of skills was formulated and measured when
taking a college course that was focused on learning in the
work place. I worked on and developed the following six
skills.
1. Developed maintenance skills that gave me greater
knowledge and problem solving ability.
2. Learned a computer software program. Giving me ability
to adapt to changing technology in the work force.
3. Helping customers through the financing process. This
gave me skills in assessing situations and gathering needed
information.
4. Completed the sales process from start to finish. Excellent
practice for following through and remembering important
aspects of paperwork.
5. Communication. Especially in dealing with more difficult
customers in day to day interactions of a business.
6. As I reviewed new units we received, I gain greater
attention to details.

Required countless hours of work, practice, and

camps. Met with leaders and peers on a weekly basis.

Final step was to find, organize, and perform a service
project. I chose This is the Place Heritage Park by building a
large feeding trough. I learned to take charge by
organizing, and communicating with all the parties involved.
