April 15, 2017 ‘To Whom It May Concer: I highly recommend Reagan Johnson for a teaching position at Veterans Park Elementary. She was a dedicated fourth grade teacher here at Liberty Elementary and tock on leadership roles throughout the school. Although Reagan was only at Liberty for two years, she immediately adapted to the school culture but never shied away from offering her own ideas and perspectives. Reagan was a real team player, collaborated well with her team, and always had the best interests of her students, staff, and the school at heart. She was a confident instructor and leader and was well-respected by the staff, students, and parents. She was an excellent ‘communicator with the families of her students and intentionally worked to build trusting relationships with them. She also has a gift for curriculum development, lesson planning (especially differentiation), and designing assessments. Reagan possesses all of the characteristics of an exceptional teacher: love of children, integrity, a strong work ethic, inspires those around her, a problem-solver, knowledge of curriculum, knows best teaching practices, and is goal-oriented. | think Liberty Elementary was extremely fortunate to have a teacher like Reagan Johnson, and I highly recommend her for a classroom teaching position at your school.
