He has been an exceptional student teacher in my kindergarten classroom. He was always well prepared to teach, and he used a carefully thought out sequential process in his lesson plans, Max has the ability to make lessons effective and fun by planning structured lessons that include interesting examples to capture the students’ attention, Max has a natural ability to engage and support the students that he works with. Itis a joy to watch him teach and interact with the class. He is enthusiastic about learning and the content that he is delivering to students. Max implemented many types of learning situations, including whole group and small group activities, and one-on-one student/teacher interactions. Max utilized a variety of strategies for classroom management. He set standards for behavior and created a positive learning environment for his students, 't was a pleasure to have Max be a part of my classroom and school. He is warm and encouraging with his students, and itis clear that he enjoys working with kids. Max took time to get to know students individually, and he made effort to meet the diverse needs of our class Max will be a wonderful addition to any school staff. He was courteous to alll of the Honey Brook Elementary Center staff, and he was comfortable interacting with other teachers.
