Authorization Letter

I, Nina Grace L. Segovia, a registered member of Quiot

Isidorian Home Owners Association, Inc. (QIHOAI). This is to
give Desideria L. Segovia, my mother, the authority to
represent me and act on my behalf. With regards to any
transactions which requires my approval as a member of the
said association.

That due to the nature of my work that requires me to

go abroad. I cannot be present at all times during meetings
which would require my approval.

This is also to certify, Desideria L. Segovia, my mother,

is given the authority to sign on my behalf with regards to
any transactions in relation to the said authorization.
