    September, 19815)

    lo provide fdr the extension of the Notaries Act 1952 (Act No.
    LLII of 1952) to the State of Nagaland.
    It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-six years of the Republic of
    India as ioUows :-
    1. ShorL title and Commencement.
    (I] This Act may be caUcd (he Notaries (Eflcnsion ta Nagaland)
    Act, 1985.
    (2) It shall come into force at once.
    2. Extension of Act No. LIII or1952 to Nagaland.
    Thc Notaries Act, 1952 is hereby extended to' the'Dis~ictof
    Kohima, Mokokchung, Phek,Wnkha and Zunhehntn. The Notaries
    Act, 1952 is in force propriu-Vigore in the District of Tuensmg
    and Morl and his Act sball extend to whole of Nagaland.
