Equipment: Paper, Pencil/Pen, Crayons/Markers(optional)
Objective: To allow participants to build trust, while building leadership skills, and building
social skills
Directions:

1. The Facilitator will instruct everyone to choose a partner


2. Each pair will receive a paper and a writing utensil
3. One individual from each pair will have 15 minutes to draw something without their

partner seeing what that it is


4. After 15 minutes the individual that drew a picture must verbally give instructions to their

partner to draw the same thing without letting them see the image
5. Once they are done drawing, they can compare the image

Leadership Considerations

1. This activity is a trust activity that can also be a great tool for individuals with a learning

disability to work on communication and self-expression.


2. For participants who are deaf the facilitator can modify the activity to where you have to

tell your partner what to draw without speaking.
