I often make my breakfast and I do exercise earlier in the morning and then I
take a shower.
I have lunch in the table, I really like to eat chicken with Green salad, I
always have lunch at 12 oclock or 1 oclock. After to have lunch, I usually drink a
lot of water because I think it helps to feel me full.
I normally watch TV around for two hours in the evening and I go to bed and
then sleep for six hours.
