Comments: Ms. Dobner has established a positive rapport with students, and responds encouragingly to student behaviors.
She continues to work on anticipating student behaviors, and I know that her skills will grow as she is in the classroom
more.

Comments: Ms. Dobner prepared lessons and materials ahead of time. She is working on managing time for activities and
keeping students on task.

Comments: Ms. Dobner developed lessons and activities aligned to CCSS. She used a variety of questions and was sure
to link the lesson to previous lessons.

Comments: Ms. Dobner made sure to check in with all students in the small group, and ensure all students were
participating and adding to the discussion. She varied the level of questioning and encouraged student answers.

Comments: Ms. Dobner was clear in the lesson objectives, and made sure to align activities to standards. She is working to
adjust lessons during activities to ensure student understanding and success.
