(41)Farmingmeanstheuseoflandforagriculturalpurposes,includingagriculture,apiaries,
horticulture,orchards,agriculturalnurseries,viticulture,aquaculture,forestry(includingsilviculture),
animalandpoultryhusbandry,andprimaryagriculturalprocessing.Forpurposesofthisdefinition:(i)
aquaculturemeansthefarmingorculturingoffinfish,shellfish,otheraquaticplantsoranimals,or
both,inlakes,streams,inlets,estuaries,andothernaturalorartificialwaterbodiesorimpoundments,
