To whom it may concern,
This letter is in recommendation of Charles Bonser. I was Charlies hockey coach
from 2007-2014 and spent a great deal of time with him and his family. I feel that
over that time I really got to know how Charlie carried himself and operated as not
only a hockey player but as a person.
He always demonstrated similar characteristics in both hockey and life. Charlie has
always been incredibly determined and willing to push through obstacles to
accomplish his goals. I always felt that he was an incredibly driven person.
I was always impressed that Charlie never let any limitations reduce his
expectations of himself and demanded the same from the people that he was
around, even at a young age.
As his coach, he was responsive to direction, new idea, new thoughts, and critique.
I found that he understood direction clearly and was able to change quickly to
adjust and set himself up to be more successful.
As a person, I always felt that he treated his teammates well, was respectful to
coaches and opponents.
In short, Charlie was one of best kids Ive ever coached. I cant speak high enough
about him and what hes accomplished as a person. I also cant speak high enough
about the family that he comes from and how he was raised.
Ive coached over 100 young men and been around a lot of different personalities
and would have loved it if all of my players were like him. He comes with my
highest recommendation.
