Senior Business Scholarship Application 2017

This $500 scholarship is available to graduating Seniors for South Cobb High
School and or Pebblebrook High School applying into the College of Business.

Completed Applications must include the following:

Personal Information Cover Sheet (this page)
Official High School Transcript Include a sealed copy of your most current high school
transcript.
1 Letter of Recommendation. A letter from a teacher, counselor, employer, church or community
service organization where applicant has been involved.
1 Page Resume-Outlining your extracurricular activities, community service and work experience
and leadership roles.
Essay-Typed essay, no more than 500 words on the following statement-:How did the
South Cobb School and or community prepare you for your future goals in business?
Completed applications must be postmarked no later than May 19, 2017.

good standing and applying for full time enrollment in a two or four year accredited college or
university for the 2015 academic school year and am eligible to receive this scholarship. I/we
grant South Cobb Business Association have the right to use any information contained in the
application for the purpose of promoting and publicizing this scholarship program only limited as
may be required or permitted by law. I/we understand this application will not be returned.
