Constantine as she applies for a position as a registered nurse following her graduation from the

University of South Florida with her BSN. Throughout her tenure at the College, Ms.

Constantine demonstrated a record of academic excellence at the University of South Florida in a

rigorous undergraduate program. As evidence of her excellent scholarship, she was recently

admitted to the colleges BS-DNP program, and into Sigma Theta Tau.

In the summer of 2016, Ms. Constantine was one of 21 students who participated in the

Community Health course clinical in Chitre, Panama where we cared for underserved, culturally

diverse native and indigenous populations. Ms. Constantine was well prepared for clinical, and

executed all duties with a solid knowledge base and excellent clinical skills. I found Ms.

Constantine to be thoughtful and compassionate in her dealings with patients. She is able to work

well in a team setting, work cooperatively with others, and fulfill her responsibilities for the

teams work in a timely manner. She recently completed her clinical preceptorship in the area of

trauma intensive care, with recognition of clinical excellence by her nurse preceptor.
