She does an excellent job as the first grade team leader, and she works closely with the other grade level leaders on her campus. She has high expectations for hersetf, and she works tirelessly to maximize leaming for each and every student. She leads by example, and has high expectations of herself and those with whom she works. ‘Standard 2: Human Capital Ms, Coleman is always working to improve her teaching skills by attending professional development and taking advanced coursework at the university level.
