I have had the privilege of working with Taya Bailey for two years, and in that time, I

have come to know a very unique individual. Im a strong believer in first impressions

and I felt very comfortable hiring Taya solely on that first impression. She came across

as very confident in herself and her ability to handle any challenge. In those two years,

Taya has never let me down in accomplishing what was expected of her and often went

above and beyond those expectations.

I have high standards for my employees and Taya has met the challenge. Her day-to-day

responsibilities range anywhere from customer service to processing orders from two

websites, inventory and merchandising in several areas of the bookstore. I am confident

in her abilities and feel she needs very little supervision in completing any job

requirements. Taya is a team player. She is always ready to help the other staff in our

department whether it be completing a simple task or training a new employee. I know

that any given time in my absence, Taya could handle the job responsibilities.

I dont need to see Tayas academic record to know that she is an intelligent individual.

She displays that intelligence and maturity on the job when speaking to customers or

addressing any supervisors she may come in contact with. As her employer, she has

always treated me with respect and kindness. I have no reservations in writing this

recommendation for Taya Bailey. It is a pleasure to have her on my staff.
