From the job interview shown in the video, I have learned that when we want to

apply for a position in a company, we need to know exactly the company that we
applied for in term of the history of the company development, the area of
business the company is built for and others. We also need to prepare ourselves
in terms of resume, our own background information, academic achievement
that could satisfy the companys need. We also need to have compassion and
strong desire to apply the job that we want.
