My responsibilities for this job were assisting customers with their needs. I also was responsible for handling
customers account information. Also, in addition with taking care of customers, I was responsible for knowing about
phone plans. As a sales associate we were required to be knowledgeable about the different phones. I was either
responsible for opening the store or closing the store. These responsibilities included counting the cash drawer,
making sure items were stored in the safe box, answering phone calls and making sure the store was either ready to
be in full operation for the next day or that night.
