According to Jupiter in the 7th, house of opposition indication opposition has to

occupy the ruling position. As per benefic dots of Jupiter has contributed 6 dots
for the 10th house of Government and 5 dots for the 4 th house of opposition, this
indicates Ruling Congress party has to get 54.54% seats and opposition will get
45.45% seats, it means Ruling Party has to get /secure 38 seats and opposition
either BJP or AAP has to secure 32 seats.

As per polls survey conducted by many organisations indicates Congress will get
around 25; BJP around 38 and AAP around 10 and others around 2 seats and says
-/+3%.

On 28th Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit has said they will be ready to take
support of AAP if Congress didnt get 36 seats the magic number.

Now, AAP says they wont give or take support of any party.

Will Ruling party retain the ruling power with 38 seats?

 1. As per blessings of Lagna lord Jupiter on Lagna and 6 th and 11th lord Venus
at Lagna and Rahu, Mercury and Saturn at 11 th is a plus point for the
Ruling party at Delhi.
2. Jupiter at 7th house of opposition indicates opposition has to occupy the
ruling position.
3. Jupiter has contributed 6 benefic dots i.e., 54.54% Seats means 38 seats,
where as 4th house had 5 benefic dots signify 45.45% seats i.e., 32 seats.
4. Mars 12th lord and the Sun 9th lord had exchange may bless Arvind Kejriwal
or AAP to acquire the Ruling Position by the support of Congress?
5. Or the BJP, the minority government with 32 seats will be formed by the
BJP?
