Engineering Technologies Division Automotive and Transportation Department

The Toyota T-TEN Regional program is designed to prepare students to become technicians at Toyota and
Lexus dealerships. Certified Toyota T-TEN instructors will provide students with access to Toyota vehicle
technology through curriculum designed by the University of Toyota and accredited by the National
Automotive Technicians Educational Foundation (NATEF). Students successfully completing the Toyota
T-TEN Regional Program Electrical, Manual Transmission, and HVAC Career Enhancement Certificate from
Stark State College will be prepared to take three ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification Tests
(A-3, A-6, and A-7). The program structure also allows ample time for students to attend classes at Stark State
College while working at an approved Toyota or Lexus dealership.
