Pasta Carbonara & Garden Salad
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Bring a stockpot full of water to the boil. Add 15 ml oil & 5 ml salt to the pan.
Cook fettuccini until al dente & drain in a colander
2. In a measuring cup combine milk, eggs, cheese, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
4. Add finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minutes (dont overcook the garlic!)
7. Pour the milk mixture over the pasta & stir to coat the pasta and cook the
eggs in the sauce.
