Ms. Morrison has distinguished herself as one who demonstrates a drive to excel. This is evident
in her reaching out during her undergraduate year to learn more about evidence based practice
within the neurosciences. She independently sought exposure to new ways of thinking and came
to the hospital during spring and summer break. Her passion for deeper understanding is
recognized through her membership in the National Student Nurses Association and having been
on the Deans List each semester. In addition to academic pursuits, she has volunteered her time
for several organizations including Arizona Camp Sunrise and Sidekicks and Arizona Oncology.
Her dependability to self-start tasks, ability to adapt and manage change, and perseverance in
remaining focused on objectives during stressful situations underscore her ability to thrive in your
setting. Furthermore, she will be the type of RN any hospital would want to have represent their
mission at the bedside.
As a testament to my belief in Ms. Morrison, I asked her to represent the next generation of
nurses during the 35th Annual BNI Neuroscience Nursing Symposium. She prepared a well-
crafted presentation and delivered a clear message to all attendees and supporters of the BNI.
Never before have I asked a student nurse to prepare a presentation. But never before have I met
an individual such as Ms. Morrison.
I can recommend Ms. Morrison with complete confidence. She embodies the true spirit of a
compassionate, critical thinker. She is a true asset to any organization, to our profession, and her
inherent qualities will establish her as a future leader in nursing.
Sincerely,
