When you have viewed that you have successfully completed your application
and your status shows that you are officially a UTC student, you must schedule a
meeting to with your advisor to discuss your college plans and also to receive your
semester pin number to start your class registrations. After you have done those things
you are now able to register for your semester classes.

Below, there will show specific steps and informations on how to register for classes:
1. Search the Universitys main webpage (www.utc.edu). On the main page, click the
My MocsNet link that is located near the top right-hand corner.

2. You will be prompt to enter

your UTC ID and password.

information, click the go button
to unlock your MocsNet page.

page, click on
the academics tab
that is located on the

Click on the Schedule of Classes tab.

given a four year plan class
schedule during the advisement meeting).

subject name and the numbers that are on left-hand side of the page.
9. You will then be able to see if the class you chose is completely full or not by viewing
the CAP, ACT, REM, WL CAP, and WL REM on the screen. If it shows that it is not
full then you must obtain the CRN located on the left section next to the SELECT
column.

10. You will then go back to the Registration section from step 4 and click on either

register for classes; or register, add, or drop classes on the section. You will then be
able to type in your CRN and click submit changes.
11. After doing so, you will be able to see that you have successfully registered to your
desired classes.

However, if your classes seem to be full; you will be able to see an error screen
on the page that indicates that the class has met the capacity. If this happens you are
able to

waitlist yourself into the desired class for the time being. This indicates that you are
waiting for a spot to open in the class.
If a
spot
does
open
up, you
will receive an email on your universitys email
(@mocs.utc.edu) stating that a spot has cleared for you to be able to register for that
class. You will then have to log back into your My MocsNet account and click on the
Register, Add, or Drop Classes tab in the academic section and change your desired
