High cost with total storage of 5 TB can be used to store any type of file .Kainpassion
-profile,portfolio and the Images uploaded by any photographer .Because of its Two level
encryption with AES(advanced encryption standard)256 bytes and it store all the encrypted data
in other storage .And at time of retrieval it decrypt the data and display.read,write or any type of
permission will be granted by the owner of (AWS)may be under his account or by making a
group of AWS account or specific through the SSL or many more condition.

Folowing policies are used to Access control

Query string authentication is useful for giving HTTP or browser access to resources that would
normally require authentication. The signature in the query string secures the request.

Amazon S3 allows us to provide the data about data which is meta data like we can store the
Profile of any one by specifying that this is profile and portfolio.

But the meta data is not encrypted so that the user are suggest not to put any sensitive
information.

Advantages of AWS-Bucket

By Versioning we can create that which data is created at which point of time and use Versioning
MFA deletion to send request to delete data by a six digit code and the advantage of versioning it
always shows the recently added data which is helpful to show the feed of photos which are
posted by photographer

Like facebook when any new photos are being added it will appear first.

Any information stored in AWS is private by default and the permission are granted by the owner
only.
Amazon web Services is being used in large number of website as it has a global infrastructure
as you can see in above picture.

Many website like YEMK uses AWS which conduct a 1.2 TB data per day for that website.

S3 also allows the life cycle of data

By which we can send the data to Amazon glacier after 5 days or delete the data because amazon
glacier costs less
As the costing of amazon glacier is less then for long term we should use Amazon glacier But the
retrieval time of glacier is more than 5 hours and the s3 is 25 minutes So s3 is better for retrieval
of data.

This is also used for storage and with all the same services of amazon glacier and s3 but with the
EBS the data can be uploaded through the portable storage then this will be needed so and it
uploads the data through IMPORT/Export Security And the performance of application will also
increase with the use of this. Amazon web services gives the durability to data and availability
of the data too.

Requests

If your workload in an Amazon S3 bucket routinely exceeds 100 PUT/LIST/DELETE requests

per second or more than 300 GET requests per second
COSTING
Amazon glacier is low costing as it is better for long term use.
 2)Dropbox
Dropbox is a personal cloud storage service (sometimes referred to as an online backup service)
that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration. The Dropbox application is available
for Windows, Macintosh and Linux desktop operating systems. There are also apps for
iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry devices.

The service provides 2 gigabytes (GB) of storage for free and up to 100 GB on various for-fee
plans. Another option, Dropbox for Teams, provides 350 GB storage. The user data is stored
on Amazons Simple Storage Service (S3) and protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and
Advanced Encryption System (AES) 256-bit encryption.

After installation of the associated application, a Dropbox folder appears with the users other
folders. Users can save files to the folder, add new folders, and drag and drop files among folders
just as if they were all local. Files in the Dropbox folder can be accessed from anywhere with an
Internet connection the user just has to log in to his account to upload, download and share
files.

To share a file, the user can generate a URL for it from the Dropbox website and send it out so
that others can view it. Folders can be shared by sending an invitation from the Dropbox website.
Recipients that dont have Dropbox accounts will have to sign up to access the folder. Once a
folder is shared, it will appear in the folder system for everyone who has access to it and all
members will be able to make changes to files. All versions of files are saved.
