AMT UNIT INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE

4 Large portabella mushrooms 1. Clean Mushrooms and trim stems


flush with bottom of caps
2 Tsp. Olive oil 2. Heat remaining ingredients until
mixture begins to bubble
2 Tbsp. Red wine (optional) 3. Then pour over mushrooms top

tbsp Balsamic vinegar 4. Marinate for one hour or more
5. Remove mushrooms from liquid
2 Tsp Chopped garlic and grill until browned
2 (about 5 minutes each side)
tbsp Soy sauce
