AMT UNIT INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE


1.Bring water to boil in medium sauce-
6 c water pan.
2.Stir in tealeaves, cardamom pods,
1 c Thai tea leaves crushed cloves and cinnamon.
3.Cover and remove from heat. Let steep
4 Cardamom pods. crushed for five minutes.
4. Add in the sugar and stir until
1 Whole clove, crushed completely dissolved, let cool.
5. Cover and put in the blast chiller for
Tsp Cinnamon 30min-1hr.
6. Top with 1-2tbs of half and half
1 c Half-and-half depending on the amount served.
