Instructed middle school, high school, and college aged students how to perform
cheerleading stunts.
Communicated with fellow UCA staff to guarantee the safety of each of the cheerleaders
involved in each stunt.
Monitored groups that began to work independently to ensure they were maintaining
proper form and not performing new stunts without the adequate amount of spotters.
