dave's spaggettii

At Cassetta's:
1) fresh sweet basil
2) four sticks(12' x 1") hard pepperoni
3) 2lb Itailian sausauge links
4) 1lb Itailian sausauge ground
5) 2lb extra lean hamberger
At anywhere:
6) 4 cans Cambell tomato juice (lrge
cans,quart)
7) 2 reg cans of tomato sauce (Cambells?)
8) Fresh clove of garlic
9) two whole onions

In a Large (20 quart) container (Stainless)


Add #6,#7,#8,one onion in small pieces, add
#3 cut into 1"-1.5" pieces, add #2 cut into 1"-
1.5" pieces...simmer 4-6 hours ...cool.......put in
frig over night.
Make meatballs in the mourning:
mix ground hambger, and ground itailian
sausauge with basil and one egg.... form
meatballs....add to sauce....cook 4 hours
